On a budget, i can set aside about 150-200$ a month for hobbies like computers. After my next pay check i'll have enough set aside to afford a decent 7950 with an unlocked vcore. Should i grab it, or go 670 or 7970 a few weeks later. Asking people with experience on using these GPU's. Currently leaning to 7950 option for crossfire affordability, but then again i'd have to upgrade my motherboard to really get the most of a crossfire solution, so any upgrade after this next one would be several months down the road. Coming from a GTX 560 non-ti. Am using a 1080p 144hz monitor, if it was a 60hz i'd already have a 7870 :p

Depends on what u want to to with the card. Single monitor or multiple ? What resolution ? Me personaly i think the 7950 (without refrernce design) is a great card with much oc potential if you are a bit lucky. And if not it is still a good card. I wouldn't crossfire amd cards untill AMD gets the driver issue fixed.
You can read about it here.
