just tried with the mx510 disconnected and the wireless to an usb at the back no change.

is it possible it can be a software problem ?

have to use mouseware for the mx510 and setpoint for the wireless.

setpoint doesnt support the mx510.

there is no problem configuring buttons for each mouse alone so to me it seems to work good with both mouseware 8.90 and setpoint 2.3

btw updating setpoint to the latest is NOT an option.

the special buttons doesnt work as suppsed to with latest setpoint.

Or wipe ALL third party mouse drivers and use defult ones with generic ps2 mouse and keyboard?

preferbly not but i could use a ghost program to backup windows and try with a clean installation and if it doesnt work i can easily "debackup" windows.

perhaps even rip out the tv-card and soundcard to get a real clean setup.

that i will do tonight or perhaps tomorrow

Ham, will try Kempez815 suggestion so no mouse/keyboard drivers from logitech will be present.

I don't use Logitech drivers for my Mouse because they affect the ability to use the side buttons in games. I use the logitech keyboard drivers though, never had a problem.

A full-reformat sounds like a good idea, though.
