45 vs 90 Degree Fitting

I would think that the greater the bend in the fitting (90 degrees), the greater it would impede the flow, at least more so than a fitting with a lesser bend, (45 degrees), no?

i cant remember bro. i think aquatuning had them i didnt pay a massive amount of attention to them as they werent available in the finish or machining process that i desired but i have seen then. i think they were phobya so it would be aquatuning

I plan on cooling an over clocked i7 Sandy, and a GTX 680 (if they are ever in stock).

Too bad that PrimoFlex tubing isn't any other colors =/

I'd drop the XSPC tubing if it's only good for up to 60*c you will be close to that on load. You could use coloured coolant instead of coloured tubing though

With XSPC I had problems with it clouding up all the time from plasticizer leeching, looked crap within a couple of weeks. So I now use Masterkleer and have had no clouding issues since. BTW id use dye over colored tubing any day of the week much easier when bleeding out air bubbles if you can actullly see them. Then add your dye after

For the states frozencpu.com has loads of different angled fittings ive just looked.

It says in the specs

Performs well at low temperatures to 100°F

That's low temps:

"PrimoFlex Pro LRT stays flexible even when subjected to the lowest temperatures. Performs well at low temperatures (to -100°F)"

I am not using liquid nitrogen or anything on this. I'm worried about high temps in the summer and while under load.

Ok, well then, I'll move onto other tubing. Thanks for the input.

As far as fittings go, it seems that XSPC doesn't have any 90 degree fittings, not in the black chrome at least. I have been searching in all of the sites that SieB posted earlier. I may have to go with Bitspower Fittings, because they have some matching black ones. They are double the price though =/
