Lynx New member Oct 18, 2008 #1 What would be better for overclocking? 4 1gb PC2-8500 Sticks or 2 2gb PC2-8500 Sticks? Ill be getting 64 bit os so that means if i get the 2 x 2gb i can later upgrade to 8 gb Well what do you think?

Power consumption is lower, voltage is better managed and the memory controller has to do less work. Plus like you said you have space for two more then.
