23 GTX295s "in one system"

My god that surely is sick :p Can't really be used though, I don't recall any boards having true 4* pci-e x16 2.0.
 
i thought you could only run two x2 cards in SLi?

So basically this guy has 4 computers running, separately?
 
It's definately gotta be for some sort of farm, rendering or otherwise. Most likely anyway.

When I read the title I was expecting some crazy 5ft long mobo with 20 pci slots, sadly not :(
 
Well, if it is a farm - this guy has alot of money to throw away... there is such a thing as "over-kill". I still wonder what the PPD is on them... lol.
 
There's a guy out there who runs about 30-40 9800GX2s across a fe motherboards, all in rackmount cases as a folding farm. Wouldn't be surprised if this was a similar venture. Anybody good at heisting? (Just thinking OC3D could do with the firepower)
