Asus have shipped notebook restore disks that contain some embarrassing and unintended content.

Holy crap. It`s one thing to ship it, but then to admit that u had them in-house and didn`t intend to ship them ? FAST could be all over them considering it sounds intentional.

Having said that, there are tools for older utils that are keygens and the like - actually made by the creators of the software (we have atleast 1 here). They are legit, and are provided in cases where each time u reinstall something u have to contact the supplier for a registration. Eventually they`ll give u this keygen, usually passworded. To the outside world tho, it looks like a crack-keygen. Just no intro musak etc
