What GTX 1070 to get

So not sure what one to get ASUS ROG GeForce GTX GTX 1070 Strix or get ASUS ROG GeForce GTX GTX 1070 Strix OC version cost $50 bucks extra for the OC version is it worth it ?
Or could go with the MSI way MSI GeForce GTX 1070 Gaming X or MSI GeForce GTX 1070 Gaming Z 60 bucks difference ?
Is ASUS better then MSI
Thanks

I've been where you are and in all honesty there is very little difference between them all, they all perform pretty much within a couple of frames of each other and some are noisier than others. I went with the Founders Edition as it suits my build theme and the FEs look amazing, with a slight and I mean slight trade off in noise levels but it's hardly noticeable. As for overclocking, if you are wanting to run an overclock get one that can accommodate it cooling wise.. if you want to water cool it check water block availability first.

My choices would be for stock.
Asus Strix
MSI Gaming X
EVGA 1070 SC
Or the Founders Edition

For overclocking and water cooling.
Asus Strix
MSI Gaming X

Shouldnt really ever consider OC versions unless you do not want to OC youself. Its generally going to be the exact same cooling, power etc etc.

Overall I favor the MSI over the Asus.
