Agreed. I'm hoping this will backfire on them and they learn a lesson. Facebook could settle, but I doubt they will. Not yet at least.

They've been like it from the very beginning man. As soon as they got Bethesda they started with the lawsuits over Fallout.

Man, that's a hugely aggressive move. If code was indeed stolen or used improperly, that deserves dealing with appropriately, but this just seems like a d*ck move.

Courts will see that they just finished a legal dispute and probably won't let them start another considering they were already rewarded and don't have much else to prove/make a legit argument

TBH after what they did over Fallout I would not bet on that. They just kept filing lawsuits until they had the whole thing, lock stock and barrel.

Very aggressive company tbh, sucks total balls.
