Whats the general opinion on this block?

Im going to pick up a cheap, semi-decent northbridge block for my loop as the passive zalman i put on needs a fan over it afterall.

Also will my 240 rad be enough too cope with the extra heatload without effecting the other components under blocks too much?

Yeah its not a bad block actually. Should do the trick just fine.
