Thanks for reply guys, I guess I will just stick the 240 to run my CPU for now and get a 360 to replace it later on and moving the existing 240 down for the GPU.

Save the money and wait till you can get a 360. If budget is an issue, no sense in buying a 240 now for temporary and then get a 360. You'd lose money that way.
RX360 for hot CPU overclock and single GPU overclock is all that is necessary.
the RX240 is for a SLI/CFX addition, if not using SLI/CFX, then 240 is not needed.
i'd sell the RX240 now and save for RX360, air-cool till then. no sense fitting
something you are not going to use.
What case will this be going into?
