Why can't I post pictures in my thread?

There are several ways to upload images:
1- Add them as attachment, this means they can only be a certain size and may be resized (and therefore could become unreadable).
2- Upload them to a site such as Imgur or Photobucket and hotlink them here by placing the direct link to the image between
As you are a new member; whenever you post anything with links (images) or attachments, your post needs to be approved by a moderator before going live. This is an anti-spam measure and means you cannot see your own post until approved
use IMG tags dude click the picture button when you post.

As everyone else has already said, when sharing from Imgur copy the BB code as highlighted in the image below and paste it into your message.
you might wanna obfuscate your email address in there dude.
Once you have made a few more posts it will work. Its a feature to stop spammers posting loaded image links. Just contribute to the forums a bit dude and it will start working. Its an automated thing and will just happen

I was wondering why I didn't have the option that was discussed in the FAQ regarding uploading images. I joined up so I could make a new thread in the Rig Gallery, this makes that kinda hard for the time being. Is there anyway I could have the upload option made available?
P.S. I have every intention of being a regular contributor too, but this was the push to get started.

Understood, though I'm not a huge fan of putting things there. I might see if I can't be helpful around the forum till I can safely upload to OC3D, assuming it won't take too long.
