which temperature is right ?

hey ! so i got my watercooling kit: thermaltake 745

my bios temperature shows as 19degrees

but when i go into windows, it shows up as 37 (speed fan etc)

but when i use other programs i get lower readings than that

before:

idle~ 43

load~ 57

after:

idle~ 37

load~ 43/44

so i did get a huge drop in load temps, do these look about right ?

room temp is 21degrees

odd for a bios to be wrong but on the basis of it being a thermaltake kit i would say that your bios is incorrect. what cpu is it and what voltage are you running?

try core temp it can read directly off the die of amds 64 and up and intel core 2. My laptop with a turion 64 2.2ghz reads 40-60c in core temp.

wouldve replied faster but login doesnt seem to work (i used the top right panel at the end if you no what the hell im talking about )

ye, im using core temp right now

so i guess my bios is wrong
