hi all i am looking at buying my new psu for my rig which one would you buy out of the 3 and why


Enthusiast Series™ Modular TX850M v2 — 80 PLUS® Bronze Certified 850 Watt High Performance Modular Power Supply

or

HX Series HX850 v2 Power Supply — 850 Watt 80 PLUS® Gold Certified Modular PSU

Corsair HX850W v1 Modular power supply


please help i dont no which one is better

What kind of rig are you planning on powering as that is important in determining what Psu to buy. Eg do you need an 850 you may be better off with a less powerful model but better like an AX series fully modular.

Even if you SLI 650 is more than enough. Grab an ax 650

It has a better OEM which uses greater quality parts. The cables are sleeved rather than been flat. And its fully modular rather than been semi modular.

Why are you asking that? the AX is perfect for you and its around the same price.

i just want the best mate really as i dont want to have to upgrade again for a long time so a ax is better than a hx can i just ask that question first????

i no but i am wanting more power well people are saying to get a ax so i would take it as not to buy a hx

The ax series is better, 650w is fine for even sli

Read this once more.
Even with two GTX670s, an AX650 would be sufficient. And every year video cards etc. are getting more efficient, so you should have no worries whatsoever.

ok so ax 850 would be over kill for me

and if you did buy the ax 850 how much would you pay for it new sealed

Yes the AX850 would be massively overkill.

The AX850 will cost about 40% more than the AX650.
