ive just ordered a white define r3, when i get it i want to replace the fans, im wondering should i get the noctua focused flow fans for front intake. please let me know if this is a good idea

I would try and advise ya but that hideous logo makes it impossible to concentrate......
JK my mate has an R3 he put two fans in front one in the roof and one in the back it dropped his temps a good bit while still being very quiet..as for the Noctua's I cant comment having never used the NF-F12's but I have a few ordered should get them next week so If ya dont have them by then I'll let ya know what I think of them but online reviews say there excellent and very quiet

The standard Fractal fans are super quiet, but the NF F12's are amazing. They move a lot of air and are also super quiet. Defo go for the F12's.
