I've never seen phase change or anything that puts it below 0 in a shop, where the hell do you get something like this?

Well there's a fair few private individuals who can do it for you...I know that our Ham can build phase and there's a few good solid UK builders who do it well. Someone else may have to kick in with those though

oh yes, these are not average phase units rate at 220w i believe

Thats some serious cash. I would have thought they would be tuned for more than 220w though. Top quality units mind.
