What's Your List of Hardware Failures Like?

had a psu blow a few years back that took out the motherboard had ram die only once and 4 gpu's fail which were 2x 7600gt's and 1x 9800gtx 1x evga 285gtx classified after the 285 died after less than a days use i never bought another nvidia gpu..evga did replace it but i sold it on and went amd...had 2 monitors die on me acer 19" widescreen which they wouldnt replace.. and my lg 22" switched itself off never came back on lg replaced it via advanced rma for free courier came and delivered me a spanking new upgraded version and took my old one away :D other than that everything else has been peachy..
 
-A DOA Corsair AF120 that just puffed out some smoke and smelt bad.
-A rogue Corsair link commander that just melted one of the cables then committed suicide.
-Corsair H100i LED's died
-Asus P67B3 Sabertooth PCI-E x16 slot died
-Two Gainward Phantom 3 GTX570's RMA'd for a destroyed fan bearing and capacitor whine, bought together and sent back together!

Thankfully all of the warranties came good and it was all replaced/refunded. I've only binned one component and that was a 2.5" 250GB Seagate HDD in my old '09 Spacbook Pro which conveniently chose to fail as soon as it turned 1 year old.
