Whats this company like??

Hey guys,

I was looking on the net yesterday and stubled accross Aqua tuning which seems pretty decent except some parts of the site is in german! They seem to have good deals on stuff like fan bundles and custom cooling systems but was wondering-

What the service is like??

Has anyone had a bad time with them or their products??

If so were they good at ressolving the issue??

If all seems good then was thinking on getting some stuff from their but was looking for some input from anyone who has dealt with them??

Well after doing some research it seems that they are a good company.

But always be alert with any website you don't know about.

they're great, shopped from them more than a couple of times but shipping takes a couple days longer than normal as the main distribution is based in hanover germamy.

even had to do a rma once for a mips block that didnt fit the board it was supposed to. got back to me straight away an issued a refund once i'd got the block back to them

Theres also a sting if you try to pay by credit card you get charged a small fee so if you can use paypal to avoid the extra cost
