What's the difference between these 2 GPUs

Hi,

I have found two GPUs on a certain website that I am confused about. They are:

MSI R7950 Twin Frozr 3GD5 OC/V2 (includes the Never Settle bundle) £246
MSI R7950 Twin Frozr 3 OC (includes the Never Settle bundle) £249

Can anyone tell me what the difference is between these two please, if any?

I currently own the 3GD5, and this is to help a friend decide.

I forgot to add, their clock speeds are identical according to the descriptions on the website.

Probably nothing to worry about. Performance wise if the clocks are the same and neither has a boost then there will be no difference. They may have different I/O ports maybe?
