What really annoys you?

It's not just the PC stuff, It's the clothes, The cars, The jewelry, He's in rich guy denial ^_^

For instance, Me and him were out for lunch a few weeks back, We walk by a car dealership, Porsche to be exact, He says "Oooh I like that one" goes in and buys it, It wasn't the most expensive model but still quite expensive.

He's driven it once and that was from the showroom to his apartment and said "Yeah it was an impulse buy" Again, Rich guy denial XD

As said though, He is rich, I've seen how much he spends per week as I'm trying to be his accountant when it comes to silly spending, He's just in rich guy denial ^_^

Another thing that annoys me, Cats continuously shagging on the wall not 3 feet from my window, Seriously it's like there's a neon cat sign that says "All cats hump here"

What about the opposite though? That can also be frustrating to see people with epic amounts of money who don't ever part with it.

My mums fiancée is like that, He's loaded and I don't mean just comfortable I mean LOADED, He owns like 20+ full houses, Not apartments, Multiple taxis and a plumbing business all in Berlin and he is the tightest person I have ever met.

For Christmas everyone in the family gives out either gift cards or finds out what you want and gets it for you, When it comes to him he says he doesn't believe in gift giving but when it comes to his birthday he expects parties and showers of gifts so we all just say "Sorry we don't believe in gift giving"

Any one else here been shafted with hidden charges recently . when I say hidden charges there is nothing in the small print to say you are going to be charged for anything other than what you have just bought and postage . I.E Mobo £100 and Pentium k processor £50 delivery £7 total of £157. But looking on my statement just been charged £185 . If my math is right that's a £28 price leap .
Nowhere does it say on the web site there is any further charges other than the items and delivery . But retailer claims the £185 price is right . even pointing out the 28 quid difference , still argued he was right .

A guy came in last week asking for a 4k monitor ... for his Xbox one ... because he had seen on the net somewhere that it would support and run a game at with AA and full lighting effect etc while at full 4k.

I tried to explain to him they can barely get 1080p at pleasing FPS and quality ... he swore at me and told me i knew nothing ... i just said i have a pc that is much more powerful than his little Xbox one and even then getting 4k is a little out of bounds for me on general games let alone AAA titles ...

So he put a complaint in and i could not stop laughing and explained to my customer relations team and said the customer is not always right with a fact sheet listing specs etc and things said about games blah blah blah... the customer support guy phoned me literally 3 mins later in fits of laughter and said he was sorry for taking the customers side, i said its ok thats his job he then sent my email to the customer and the customer came in with a coffee and said sorry loool.

So my annoyance is people that don't listen when they are sooo wrong ...

Just of late my new pet hate is people who don't pay attention, read things thoroughly and comment accordingly.. ie the TinyTom Facebook page, namely the bizarre begging of keyboards/mice & nucs after Tom disassembled the Corsair Crimbo Tree... 58 comments! 22 of those comments were links to the damn competition! and yet people were still on the scrounge!

I had a client who came to me at the beginning of November. He wanted the website to be completed by the end of November. I said it would take me two weeks to create the website depending on the designs so it was easily possible ( I could do it at my leisure within the month). He then said he didn't have any designs so I gave him two weeks to create some designs as he wanted to do it himself instead of incurring my costs, so I expressing that if I didn't have the designs in the two weeks I wouldn't be able to get it done by the end of November.

I dropped him a few emails to ask where he was with the designs to hear nothing back from him. I also mentioning that I had some work coming in the next month. The two week deadline came and went, I thought he went elsewhere or decided against it. Then on the 26th of November I get an email from him with some designs which looked completely half arsed which could of been knocked up in an hour. Not only that, he still expected me to "knock up the site" before the end of November. He had to be kidding! When I said it couldn't be done by the end of the month and that I had more work coming in, he flew off the handles saying I was unprofessional and a time waster! I cannot believe customers sometimes! Really cant!

People who use cable combs where I can see them. The neatness and order which cable combs bring should be observed but eye contact should never be made.

I was going to rant about how much I just don't like them but I think I do. It's a good idea and quite well executed, I just don't like what people do with them and they seem to be getting increasingly popular. I also hate it when people use two combs for one group of cables like on a graphics card where you could have a 14 but they get a 6 and an 8. Modders must learn to comb responsibly and thoughtfully.
