What ram should I get?

I personally would go with the G.Skill. Maybe it is just the fact that I have 4 pairs of it and have never had a problem with them. They OC on average about 265 but 2 of my pairs are at 272 and 277 3-4-7-3 1T. Just my .02

Having not tested out the Mushkin ram i've been given for review, i can't really comment yet.

I've had G.Skill in my rig for the past few months though and its pretty darn nice.

|3ourne might be able to give you a better answer.

Either one really. For memory with UCCC chips, they all perform in general about the same: anywhere between 260 and 300 (300 very rare, 290 possible, 280 some chance, 270 solid, 260 just about guaranteed). So in essence, it's all about which is the cheapest. Those 2 tend to be the favorites though (G.Skill more so only because of price).

I'd go with the Mushkin. They're one of the top "proven" badass memory manufacturers that have been around a dogs year. I trust them for all of my memory needs :)

That Patriot mem has a nice price tag, but I was leaning towards Mushkin. Either or, I wont be buying this mem in two-three months or so, so a lot is bound to change.

Man, that is very tempting man. Anyways, with the Ballistix, there was one bad batch that would die after a month or 2 of use. Some people kept getting from that batch, resulting in endless RMA's and the discontinuation of the line. So, it's a risk, but if you get lucky, it's well worth it as they clock amazingly well.

Find yourself a pair of Ballistix Tracers. They all come from a cherry picked batch that didn't have the problems that the standard Ballistix did. I had my Tracers for quite some time and they never let me down, super high clocks with very low voltage and decent timings.

yoooo, im tryin somethin weird. I put my fsb down to 300 and ran my divider at 133 (now at 200mhz)and put my timings at 2-3-2-5, and 1m run of superpi is the same, and primes running now for the past 40 mins and everythings all good.

This cool?

here you go

My mem cant really go pass 220mhz at 3-3-3-8, and this works fine.
