Hi everyone im glad to say ive got my new Antec 300 case but now im stuck on which power supply to get for my new gaming rig. Ive got two in mind The Zalman 500w modular hc psu and Blue storm 2 500w psu. Im pushin more towards the Zalamn but they are both good psu's for the price.

Any suggestions or comments GOOD OR BAD to help me finalise my decision?

All comments are appreciated and will help

These are the psu's, Please help!:damn:

I plan to run 2x seagate barracuda 500gb sata2 hard drives in raid 0 and a nividia XFX GeForce 8400 GS 512MB DDR2 PCI-E Graphics Card and want it to be able to handle an overclock from 1.60GHz standard to 3.20GHz without any hastles. Is it possible with any of these PSU's?

Thanks people for all opinions

Yeah will support it easy, don't worry.. pick one you prefer, maybe the one with the lower cost? :D

Infact, the TT TR 470w that is available from Novatech is a cracker too, runs me at 3.5GHz (suicide runs.. :p)

well ive now decided to get a coolmaster realpower pro 520W modular PSU. Its got good reviews and is cheaper than the 2 above. I will post pics asap of my new mods:wavey:

Well... FSP and Zalman are both good brands, but I'd go with the Zalman. You get a 3 year rather than a 2 year warrenty with the Zalman, it has a nicer modular setup, and it's SLI Certified. I know the other's SLI Ready, but this one has a little SLI logo. :D

But mainly the modular setup is a little nicer, and it has a 1 year longer warrenty.
