What new keyboard will release in this Summer? :O

yea i am being elitist, i dont see much of a problem with that. of course it doesnt mean that they will break, i am just saying that if you have a bunch of extra keys and LEDs and pay the same price they must save that money somewhere. also a keyboard with a broken LED would drive me mad.
Haven't owned a whole lot of keyboards yet, to be honest only one that actually has a name, but i will be getting a leopold keyboard soon.
but i got a good story to back my theory up. my current keyboad is a tT.esports challenger, there are multipe versions of it. i got the basic version of course and a friend of mine got the ultimate bling version. the keys of the ultimate version are sloppier, it feels like a 10$ keyboard, while the normal version does really well for a membrane keyboard for 40$. there are 20$ difference, you get bling and bonus haxor keys, but the keyboard itself is worse than a keyboard with almost no features.

That's only one manufacturer though mate. I've owned tons of keyboards and the only ones I've sneered at so far are the cheap razer boards.

TBH, sticking the word "gaming" in front of things seems to give companies the right to charge absolutely insane prices for menial things. Both my keyboard and mouse are over 10 years old and together cost less than £30 and still work as they should today. The keyboard even has volume and mute keys on it too. I gave my mechanical keyboard to my parents back in 2003 as it was just too clicky. It's still going strong today, wouldn't suit the enthusiasts though as it is 2 tone grey. (heaven forbid)

Heck yeah, the purists love the boring keyboards. Some of the most fugly things in my life are considered high end. I dont knock it though. Im sure my BlackWidow with its glossy finish and blue backlighting is gawdy as well to a lot of people. As a 40 year old PC gamer computer nerd, Ive learned not to judge.

I just upgraded from an old Logitech G510 that I've had for 4 or 5 years to a Logitech G710+ . After a week I really like it , it's my first mechanical keyboard so I can't compare it to anything else. It has cherry mx brown keys , which I like , not noisy but very responsive. It doesn't have an lcd like the 510 does but over all a very nice keyboard.
I'm not sure about the new keyboards that are coming out , as a couple others have said the Corsair K95 is soon to be released.
