What is the 'Best' Clear Tubing?

I haven't tried any personally, but if you do some googling you'll find a ton of other people having problems. With so many people having problems with a bunch of different colors, the general consensus was that Primochill must have changed their formula for the LRT within the last year or so, because it used to be great tubing.

Papa, linking to other sites is frowned upon mate.
We know all about that thread but as they have basically scared the manu's away with their aggressive behaviour.
We want to do this as a more focused experiment without the hysterics.

I have used

-primochill primoflex lrt
-masterkleer
-clearflex60

The primochill was a disgrace LOL. It turned cloudy within weeks as for the user above and the plasteciser was dyed greeny blue.

The masterkleer and clearflex both remained clear. Masterkleer is slightly more shiny and is stiffer, yet easier to bend in tight areas (clearflex60 felt more squidgy and kinked sooner).

Haven't heard much about Clearflex but I have heard terrible things about Masterkleer...

Also, could everyone please post what coolant, additive, etc, they are using with the tubing?

Thanks :)

primochill - used mayhems pastel, failed.

masterkleer - used mayhems x1, pastel and aurora at different times, all fine. Also used distilled water with no additives, fine.

clearflex60 same as masterkleer.
