Ok do I get $270 EK CPU Kit with EK-Supreme HF - Nickel block, 800 liter per hour pump, and EK-CoolStream RAD XT (360) radiator w/Yate Loon D12SH (2200rpm)fans

-OR- $259 Swiftech CPU kit w/ Apogee XT waterblock and 1200 liter per hour pump and MCR220 radiator & fans with pre-installed Radbox?

Does pump performance go beyond liters per hour ? Which waterblock is the best on the market, or is it not mentioned in these two ?

Can you guys help pick me out a better block/radiator/pump than whats in these kits ?

I am fighting what is !! 75C !! on my $70 Thermaltake SpinQ air cooler AFTER ONLY THE FIRST 2 SECONDS OF ONLY 70% LOAD in 12.7C abient

This means I need to take down what is probably more than 90C over ambient, and I'm trying to get it to no more than 40C over ambient, I need 50C of watercooling under an extreme 1.52v overclock thats good for months of 100% load folding without a break.

I am talking CPU only here.

I need the best block, plate/jet, pump, radiator, fan, and resvoir combo!

Below are some other random thoughts:

EK Supreme HF Universal CPU Liquid Cooling Block - Rev 2 - Full Copper - Nickel Plated looks nice, but I dont know if it's the best!

Swiftech Apogee XT Extreme "Flagship" Performance CPU Waterblock- also looks great, which of these is the best, or is it one of the other waterblocks on the market? Is the XT Extreme better than the Apogee XT ?

I found black ice GTX 4 x 120MM radiator, has the most densely packed fins, so with normal fans it performs below the competition,

but if you get 4x 120mm 38mm thick 5400rpm 250cfm fans its the best radiator out,

and then I decided a pondmaster 750gph 110v pump for $85 from Sears beats a $150 12v pump thats 350gph,

and the Apogee XT might be the best waterblock out, from the one benchmark I could find.

What is the world's best paste ?
