Not really, I've seen people play League of Legends @30fps and it made my eyes bleed. The guys said "it is very smooth, you are weird" I guess it's what kind of FPS your eyes are accustomed to....

Not really what? You did nothing to prove me wrong? You proved me more right if anything.. 30FPS is not equal to the hz because he's playing on a 60hz monitor. If he was playing at 60fps and at 30hz then it would be different and would matter. Like I already said, it depends on the person and game.
When a game is running at 30FPS on a 60hz monitor, the monitor displays the same frame twice. If you were running at 60fps on a 60hz monitor, you would not see the same frame twice but a more consistent and a less laggy and stuttery experience. Your input response therefore would be quicker because you are essentially seeing more.

I have stepped away a lot.. i wasn't arguing btw.. he said it does matter then went on to say it was a personal thing.. which was my point the whole time lol

Somehow NBD managed to make the acknowledgement of his adversary yielding sound argumentative though. It's a close one guys, who's gonna call it? I think he backed down...
