What headphone you recommend me? (150$ ~)

Hello, I wanted to know the best headphone that I could buy for 150$..

Its preferable to work with Ipad 2 as well.. but it's not a must, (Just optional) and in the case it works with Ipad 2 as well. it should be for epic gaming and music too.

Must be 5.1 real.

not sure what they cost in usd but in that pricerange i would recommend sennheiser hd 518's
