What do you use to benchmark, stress and why?

I am just wondering what people here like to use to benchmark their builds and to stress test them. I also would like to know why you choose that particular software or combinations of software and what it's best points and biggest shortcomings are.
Does anyone use Prime95? I like that it will stress the computational processor heavily and also adds to the mathematical knowledge base to help further math science.

Thanks for your input...Also if you could list the price the software has on it if it is a paid solution.

Unigine heaven / valley for GPU overclocks.
3D mark for GPU and CPU stress testing and benchmarks.

Prime 95 and Intel Burn Test for CPU stress testing.

IBT to stress test Intel CPUs, Prime 95 for AMD
Haven't settled on an app to stress test GPUs, as I bench every app going at the highest stable clocks, then use the lowest high to fold
