i agree i could have done it straigter but the jigsaw went a bit out of control (first time modding), any ideas to make them straigter, i was thinking, white tape to straiten it out.....

Put something along the side as you cut and clamp it down to the work surface. Like how you use a ruler to steady a pencil.

I like what you were going for. It would have been cool too if you could have kept a piece in the middle, that follows those same zig zags. But I guess that would defeat the purpose of making a window

yh i guess, im still going spray paint it due to alot of scrtches and such but i was thinking to cut wire tubing and fit it around the cuts making it look better, just want to do something that doesnt involve that jigsaw again, i think i broke it lol

Give it a shot, you can always peel it off if you make a mistake/ cut it with a scalple to trim it back.

Are you talking about Caulk? You can still cut a little bit further out on the sides, to recut the vertical cuts. As far as the caulking hmm, I don't know seems kinda messy doesn't it? Seems like there would be some kind of white weatherstripping you can put around it, or at least on the vertical cuts. And then yea touch up the white paint, and your in business. White is extremely hard to match though fyi, it might be a different shade than the rest of your case.
