Well gents. Everything finally arrived as of yesterday. Been a long 6 years since my last one. So much seems to have changed. Looking forward to attempting to build it tonight/tomorrow if the Wife and Baby let me have some time. I will have some questions and hopefully you guys will help a brother out =]

 
I do have a question as I never have worked with a fan controller that came with a case. Just wasnt an option years ago. So I have the thermaltake ring fans. 2 are on the radiator. 1 in the back of the case. Do I need to use the controller that came with the fans or use the case controller or connect them both?
 
Wow what a collection for a tidy build log, in answer to your controller question just run with the controller on the case there is little need to use the Tt one.
 
So I ended up going to bed the other night after trying to squeeze in building it with everyone asleep. Of course I want to get it done quick and ran into the issues above. Gave up went to bed and and the dog woke me up 20 mins later. Ended up started drinking and took the thing apart and put it back together. No issues what so ever. Finally getting all the software and games installed while I watch the Steeler game. Appreciate everyones feedback. Will have pictures once I get everything finalized
