Ok as most know im in a classic rock band. Well i was the lead guitarist and my uncle was the drummer and i came up with a bright idea. But since my uncle quit i cant do it. So i was wondering if i should just find a new drummer (cause we got new guitarst and i took his place drumming) and do this idea.
Anyways the idea was when my uncle was doing a drum solo during a show i bust out some quads or quints and we do a dueling solo like that. Thing is, idk if i want to replace myself on drums, idk if its a really good idea, and what i want (Pearl Maple Sixtets) are 6 grand. I can borrow some quints though no problem for a while.
Little background info, i was drum captain all 4 years of high school playing the quads so i CAN play them with the stick tricks and all. So it wouldnt be lame.
Opinions please.
