Want to Build a PC and need help im a noob and confused

hi what about the metal pointings you have on the inside of the back plate on each port whole

do you remove them or leave them if so what are they for

You leave them on, they are to provide an earth contact from the back plate to your motherboard i/o's metal housing. Just make sure they don't foul the holes for the i/o ports. You normally get a bigger one for the rj45 port - just bend it up out of the way enough to be able to get the motherboard's i/o metal housing underneath it. Take your time you should be fine.

i know how to build a pc its just 1 or 1 minor things i needed to know i kniw whats what and what goes where

all it is theres not much explanation in manuals so i asked here

sorry if im being a pain in the back side
