voltage

but if it passes thats a nice clock and volts fella and temps.

you might be able to go a lil higher if it pases linX

stopped at 19th. run

maybe ill try a little nudge down voltage.

this program is very hard on cpu.

i would of thought a 10 run would be ok

if it failed on the 19th i would restart and run again just to be sure

yeah linx is hardcore mate really works ur system out should pass it with the extra bump from the failed 19 pass

hmm, think i had a lucky 19 run, cant go any further than 3rd run all max ram now.

normal run with 768 ram it finishes in 5m28s.

so i had a 3dmark vantage run

http://service.futuremark.com/compare?3dmv=2609783

i think ill be satisfied with that .

and 3dmark 06

http://service.futuremark.com/compare?3dm06=14804713

and pcmark vantage

http://service.futuremark.com/compare?pcmv=374355

thanks for helping me out,and give some insight in OC-ing.

yeah i know what u mean everything but my bios and cpuz is reading 3.6 but its 3.8

sitting at one old packard bell from 2006 at the moment,at work.

could be fun though 4.6ghz,but i dont know if the asrock extreme6 is in to it.

TTL had a 4.4ghz on the asus board and the i7 950.

i think 4.2 will easily be more than u need mate, i did have 4 but with it sittin at 3.8 im not even using that to its full whack but gonna have to go back to 4ghz when i get my nice new ram so i can run it at its rated speeds

yes mate .have more than enough power in my rig at stockspeed.

but oc-ing is for fun and try to push the hardware to its limits.

sounds like some very nice rams you are putting in.

yeah i was lookin at them myself but as they are supporting our folding team and im a top 6 producer im being given a set
