Virus/spyware Help!!!

UM... WELL BASICLY MY PC IS VERY VERY SLOW TO SHUTDOWN AND ITS ALSO WONT LET ME OPEN PICS OR DRAG FILES.DONE VIRUS AND SPYWARE SCANS. BUT NOTHING PLZ HELP THANKS FUSION

hi ive used avg and ad-aware se pesonal

defrag your drive and check for any errors

and also use Spybot to get rid of the spyware

Could be registry imo, tell every1 what error you get when trying to install user hive cleanup ben

Try a defrag first, if it still feels the same then go for a reformat

Also try Xsoftspy...always works for me

NOD32 is also a good investment!
