ViewSonic launches new Nvidia-toting 3D monitor

ViewSonic has unveiled its latest LED monitor, the V3D245, a 3D affair that comes with Nvidia 3D know-how.

It's a 24-inch, full 1080p HD LED monitor and comes with a built-in Nvidia 3D vision wireless emitter and Nvidia 3D Vision glasses.

not a big fan i hate the idea of having to wear 3d googles, personally id much rather wait till screens work without or with cheapo cinema glasses at the worst, i had a mate who literally saved every penny for a year to get the 3ds to only be utterly dissapointed( and that didnt even require glasses, i kinda think the whole thing is a bit gimicky, ive seen quite a few movies that supsoedly had it ( clash of titans even tranfformers and i cant say it made the film any better( had very little noticeable 3d, only decent 3d so far i think was avatar

Yeah its good for watching a one off movie at a cinema but in your living room its just pointless in my opinion.

For a driving sim, or sitting on the sofa with a wireless controller. Mind you for that money you could get 3 24" monitors and have eyefinity or surround instead...
