Vice city mods

Hey guys I picked up vice city again as I loved this game when it came out and I wanted to play it for nostalgia.

What I am wondering is what mods would people recommend to make the game better. Mainly visual mods is what I am after but I am open to any that would make the game better.

I did google it but there is some mods its just difficult to chose whats worth while and most were car mods.

Any help would be appreciated.

I used the iCEnhancer on GTA IV that was pretty good.
Then just changing all the cars and stuff really.

Takes its toll on the GPU a fair bit though.

when i had it i had the back to the future mod also had knightrider and there was even a battlestar galactica one for npc's lol the high definition texture mod is ok but makes some things look blocky.... wish i still had the disk
