Venice core 3000+ vs 3200+

AMD stopped producing 3000+ and it's getting hard to get one. That's why I am thinking buying a 3200+ (ADA3200DAA4BP).

Which one is better in term of overclocking?

The Venice 3200+ will be easier to OC as its got a multiplier of 10x

This is far easier on your RAM and nicer to get your RAM to 1:1.

I got my Rev E3 Venice to 2.9GHz :D

all depends on stepping aswell, but the 3200 will probably get to a higher clock easier due to the reaons kemp mentioend.

Yeah but certain stepping of chips can come from different parts of the wafer and therefore display different (read: better) overclocking properties. I think those nearer the centre of the wafer are usually better but thats a little beyond my memory at the moment.

BUT almost all of the Venice chips are pretty decent for overclocking :)
