Use YES to fit tubes?

So when I press in 11.1mm ID into 13mm fittings I need to use alot of force, I'm worried the motherboard or a watetcooling part will break because of the force used.

Can I use little dishwashing lubricant to fit them slide easy on fittings?

No use some boiling water that you've let cool for 5 minutes it'll work a treat

Just let the tubing soak in it for a couple of second about 10 or so then try and put it on
