my friend had a 1000 watt ocz psu which probably was never pushed over 600 watts and it died after 2 months, it might just have been bad luck but as i said a lot of people on this forum have had bad experiences with ocz.
Took the PSU's case off and it looks to be a true 4 rail PSU... Unless I can put 3 of the 12v rails onto the 7870's two connectors I'm going to return it.
IDK why I listened to the sales person. He didn't even know what micro-stuttering is...
Just did furmax burn in test with 7870 OCed to 1150/5000 with intel burn test running at same time and no problems. I did notice that when furmax is running I get lower GFlops on intel burn test. This PSU seems to be doing okay.
