Update 'Awards - What they mean' Page

I can't seem to find any information on the current awards scheme. Any information I can find through searching just seems to relate to very much outdated awards.

I had stopped following reviews about 6 months ago and now I've been catching up it seems that the awards system changed late last year? I can't find any information about how the new ones work

I imagine it'd be even more confusing for someone who's new to these reviews and the awards given aren't even on the awards page...
