Unstable Voltage

My rig is on a drawer unit and the grill needs cleaning every month if you're fussy but every 3 months will keep dust from causing any problems

Actually I thought about it and realised I'd not cleaned the bottom mesh out since I built the machine three or so months ago! With that said I think three months is as long as I should ever leave it between cleans now, so pretty much exactly the same as you.

I often give the front grill a quick wipe on other machines when they are off cos it's easily done. Lifting mu current rig and tipping it up is a little more effort, plus I'm not used to having a bottom grill yet so it sorta slipped my mind I admit.

Cheers,

Scoob.

I just flip the rig on it's side, remove the main side panel and blast everything out (if needed) every quarter, you can usually judge by your roof fans what things are like inside. Dusty is good/ okay but sediment is bad

I hope the Cosmos 2 (or CM Storm Trooper) has a removable PSU filter. That'd make my day. My HAF 922 is a freakin dust magnet. I also hope the front filter is less janky. (full filter with a metal frame, rather than mesh with screws and folded over steel mesh)

Edit: NCIX is having another sale on Corsair PSUs. The HX850 is the same price as the HX750.
