I went to my local Fry's and asked the sales associate for 20 twin packs of the SP120 fans and an H100 and he looked at me like I was crazy.
When I told him that I could get sub zero temperatures with this set up he became very intereste. Ha Ha. He will probably try it.

You need to look at the real world prices
40 of those puppies = £540.60(maybe a few quid less,if you can get a deal somewhere)

Beats every heatsink around. Is about as close to a custom loop as you can get.
Just the stock fans are a bit loud, so it's a fair bit more expensive than heatsinks when you consider spending an extra £30/$40 on better fans

You know negative ambient would mean condensation forming around the CPU. Since I didn't see a peltier hooked up or any insulation there, it's a good guess your temperature sensors were either out of whack, or you were doing something funky.
It's a fun experiment to do if you're bored on a Sunday, but you didn't turn the crazy meter up high enough. I would have chosen a 80mm-thick 120.4 radiator with 40 fans on each side, and mount it to the top of a case - Thunderbird case mod anyone?

I actually used the H100. If your H100 will only do 1.2v then you are doing something wrong. I bench mine regularly at 1.4v with the H100 and it stays below 70.

I bought a 360 thick rad, fans, koolance 370, tubing, fittings, res + pump combo etc... for $250, I think the H100 is too expensive.
I can get GPU waterblocks any day and water cool everything. Do you guys think the H100 is overpriced?
