Uber cheap gaming pc (lan)

ms tech themselves say this is a €50 psu so should be somewhat decent i think, but i never used it and also no reviews :s

Maybe save up just a tiny bit more and get a corsair cx500, only to make sure your rig won't blow up and take other components with it too. A power supply is the most dangerous thing to skimp out on, and it's always worth getting something from a manufacturer that you trust. Also, I'd advise against buying into the 7000 series cards, as there are some uber cheap deals on cards like the 6850 which are a generation old, but would perform better than a 7770 (I'm pretty sure)

Without raising the price, you wouldn't be looking at anything much better than the current one. Just spend a little bit more and get the CX500 as mentioned above, or one of the lower wattage BeQuiet power supplies.

just checked it, cheapest 6850 is €3 more expensive and needs a bigger psu. Saving up isn't really the problem here, just want something like this for fun.

There can't be more than €15-€20 difference inbetween that psu and a cx500, it would be the only thing you'd have to spend a bit more on. Lower quality psu's generally have quite high ripple (anything over 50mv is dodgy) that can kill components in the long run
