Trick or Treat?

Some people love Haloween, others hate it. Personally I love to get in on it - seem to enjoy it more than the kids :D

Check out the pumpkin:

Cool pimpkin Jiffz :P

I am not a fan of Clinton Cards'oween, but each to their own. I've got a big knife with fake blood painted on it I use to scare the chav teenages who try trick or treat round here :D

Cool pumpkin. Take you long to do?

gah why use fake blood when you can cut the first kid who comes to your door and then you'll never get them ever again.

I remember going out as a kid wrapped in bandages and stuff (as a mummy of course) after a couple of extra sweets or sumut, now all the little basts seem to do is egg and flour cars all the damn time, even if you give them treats.

I know, I'm well chuffed with the pumpkin :) - it took about 10 minutes, mostly spent scooping the crap out from inside...

All the big stores seem to be pushing it more and more, guess it's an excuse to sell crap. We only bought a bag of sweets and the pumpkin really!

I've been answering the door with a scream mask on, accidentally scared some really young kids, a few sweets cheered them up though :p

Ok, no matter how many times I refresh the page, I see about an inch of white with a red blob. I'll assume it's a good one.

Big shout out to ASDAs who didn't have any pumpkins - sold out within an hour I'm told.

No pumpkin pie for the 1st year in ages - so eff it.

Yeah I like halloween in principle. Like the US halloween, and not the day that bring the freakin pikeys from the bay around ur houses looking for stuff to nick. (same at christmas btw)

The 1st knock at the door I hear will be greeted (aslong as it's not a freakin pikey) with as much munch as they can handle.

Oops, it's gone 9pm, I guess the parents didn't give an eff this year.

Plenty of fireworks tho ofc. Beats me when it's nov 5th next week, but ofc although it's illegal to hold explosives in ur house outside of nov 5th, it's perfectly ok for some1 who can't afford shizzle to own them, yet alone be trusted with them, give them to their kids maybe - hell they buy them beer.

Eff it, I've had too much Shiraz.

Nice1 on getting with the spirit tho jiffz, even tho I can't load the freakin pic.

Wow, bit of a rant there Rast. I know what you mean about the kids who knock much later than the usual kids. They are probably about 12/13 (surely too old to trick or treat), wearing a hoody + 50p mask and expect sweets....

The pics are a bit large tbh, but Firefox seems to scale em down for me.

I'm sorry. Should not go on tinernet when I think I'm pished.

Wow - ur pics have loaded.

They're fudging brilliant - thanks for sharing. How u get all the different colors???

It's all good! I've been on here after a night out a few times, posting at 3am. Then I go to see what I wrote the following day and an admin deleted it, I dread to think what I wrote!!

I just took them on my mobile and u got functions for negative, black & white and theres one for 'purpleise' which turned out pretty good.

Nah, that stuff stinks - only just about good enough for the hamster!

I'm looking at the ice blue one again, it's prety freaky aint it!

Noooooooooooooooooooooooo - add spice, cheap pie case and ur done >.<

Can't believe the muppets @ ASDAS sold out. Sainsburys ftw tbh.

lol that's something a chav would do Kemp:o

Not really mate, it just keeps 'em away. I have no problems with children trick or treating, but fugging teenagers can bugger off. The knife helps to keep the 'tricks' away from me. Failing that, I have other methods. A big bloke with a huge knife hasn't failed yet though :D

We were officially the best house in the neighbourhood tonight :)

Amazing what you can do with some scary music / sound effects. A lot of screening, a few props and a strobe light. I created a tunnel entrance towards the porch which then led to a different way out. A few dangly spiders and ghosts etc with glow sticks in strategic places. Worked really well.

The kids were too scared to even get to the door to knock :) Had to send mine out to show them the way. Just hope some of them dont have nightmares.

Only drama is it was too dark for photo's. I did take one and will check it out soon.

@ Rast, you got a head start on me but I am trying to catch up hic!

Fair doos chudley mate, always think people should make more effort!

I'm not criticizing, but why? There's no point at all to this 'celebration'. Certainly no point anyone who actually partakes in Halloween knows about anyway.

I'm going to make up a new day:

"Wear stupid clothes and give kids unhealthy cr@p" day. Awesome.

Depending on your background Christmas is just a pointless day.

Yep agreed in a way. The nice thing about Christmas for me is that family get together and see each other and it's pretty much always happy :)

There's a bit of truth in it.

Think the best times are probably had in the student bars. Most other places are trying to make a cheap buck off u somewhere.

Be nice tho to see parents give a damn and actually make it an event for the kids outside of blasting fireworks off for 10 mins on the wrong d8 to make themselves feel better.

Halloween definitely a US thing unless u a Uk student looking for a way to pull a chick whilst having a mask on.

Love to know what happened to all them pumpkins mind u.

Be nice if some1 had a cannon and videoed it.

Bet there was a crap night of films on tv too. Dunno myself I didn't bother looking. Saw some decent spooky films myself during the week - not to be seen in the uk tho.
