Can u do a review on this Watercooled PSU

http://www.koolance.com/water-cooling/product_info.php?product_id=665

Its reported to be 1700Watts in UK (230V)

and

Reported to be 1300Watts in the US

From their website

(Due to U.S. regulation, power draw over a typical household 110-volt AC line limits the PSU-1300ATX-12N to 1300W. However, the unit is fully capable of a continuous 1700 watts when powered from a 220V AC circuit. Users are responsible for supplying adequate AC power for the PSU-1300ATX-12N.)

Currently OC3D is unable to test at 1700watts as generating that much draw is no mean feat. Maybe in the near future though.

I know fans can be a bit awkward to review, but any chance of a review on the Xilence Red Wings sold by Watercooling UK? Link:

The specs put them on par or so with the SilenX!

I was just having a look through here and saw your post. I've got 4 of these fans, 3 120mm's and an 80mm. They're all very quiet and move a decent amount of air, the 80 is in my psu and its silent as the grave now :)

I put them right on par, if not above due to value for money, with the Sharkoon 1000.

Love to see OC3D put 3DMark Vantage through it`s paces.

Not to get the biggest arse score with whatever kit is available, but with a good dozen bits of hardware, mixing things up to compare scores. - compare scores with other benches the setups get too.

EDIT: To clarify a bit, switching duals, quads whilst keeping the same gfxcard. Use 4g & 2g & 8g? in the same machine.. switch the gfxcard against the cpus... BIG test results mind u.

I would like to see that too. I have bought Vantage, but the results are pretty useless at the mo, because there aren't many comparisons I can use to gauge them.

Stickies are called that for a good reason:banghead::banng::smileysho:0wned::stickpoke:beerchug::freak::cuddle:

Moved to the right thread :D

i blame a slow laptop, awful screen, lack of bold text in the sticky and last but not least, a slight drop in IQ caused by finishing work as a techie....
