Nonono, It's a normal NIC, but optimised for gaming, and as its PCI based it doesn't use CPU cycles like onboard NIC's (pretty much like onboard sound).

Apart from that it looks cool

Wirelessly posted (LG Fusic: Opera/8.01 (J2ME/MIDP; Opera Mini/2.0.4719/1372; en; U; ssr))

i definately call for a review of this thing so we can lay any speculation to rest.

E6600 & Gigabyte DS4 v Biostar Tforce 965 v Abit AW9D (or other 975 board).

That would suit me nicely as it would cover the 2 965 boards that I'm interested & also show whether you are better with a 975 than a 965 with an E6600.

I've got a 400w Silverstone here actually. But this is slightly different to yours i believe: [url']http://www.silverstonetek.com/products-40ef.htm[/url]

Yup that's a different one... This is the one that I have (but will be selling or returning :(): http://www.silverstonetek.com/products-ST405w.htm

It might actually be cool to see an Antec powersupply test/roundup. They've been in the PSU game for ages, but aren't known for having the best nor worst powersupplies. We should see where OC3D ranks em.

Roundup would be interesting. However to answer the last part of your question - there is no difference between 975 and 965 on E6600

so you could hit same overclock on either?

Iirc people were previously saying that 6300/6400 overclocked better on 965 whereas E6600 etc. did better on 975 than 965.
