The Official Intel Core 2 Duo Conroe Overclocking Thread

have a feling one of them reports incorrectly.

I wouldn't like to run a core2duo at 1.75v tbh, wouldn't of thought it would even post :eek: :confused: (maybe on extreme cooling)

The cpu is only spec'd up to 1.35v :rolleyes:

I doubt you'd get 400+FSB from a core2duo running at 1.2VCore either :rolleyes:

If peeps could put they're OC's in like this for me:

Code:
[COLOR="Blue"]Conroe E600 Retail: 3.6GHz (400 x 9) @ 1.65vcore, 1.6vmch , 1.4v FSB[/COLOR]

Substitute colour as necessary

That would be cool

I think we should actually collect a bit more base info for the first post, namely motherboard and cooling apparatus.

Edit: I added a few more of my overclocks now that I have the ICFX3200 which made all of the clocking difference for me.

Awesome, thx. I think that will help a lot of people looking at the first post figure out exactly what kind of setup was required to get the clocks shown.

I've edited with my cooling for posted clocks.
