Yes I agree with Austin, that's why the authorities make a legal drinking age. So that by the time you reach that age, you can discern between drinking responsibly and getting carried away. Imho 16 is way too young to be drinking and wandering the streets, but ok with parental supervision.
 
in my town you find even children who are only aged 10 wondering in the streets till 11pm. and i threw up not because i drank too much but because i drank about 3 budwiser and afterwards my friend didn't want his heineken because he didn't have thirst anymore and instead of throwing it away i drank it. and ithink it's because i drank the heineken after some budwiser and an icecream that made me threw up. ( never gonna do that again especially after an ice cream )

You contradicted yourself there, you didn't throw up because you drank too much but because you drank the heineken after the budweiser?
 
it is not illegal to drink alcohol in malta but buying it is illegal , this is a stupid but good loophole in the law but they are soon going to amend it :( :(

Take care mate sleep well and tell her that she should be spending quality time with you doing things you wanna do: i.e going on the PC. Then run away when she throws any heavy object she has close at hand at you ;)

what does your wife do mate? lol dont tell me about it i sit in my room all day all night and i get snapped at by my parents lol its not my fault both my hobbies are in my room

I'm going to take a stab in the dark as to what your second hobby is, and will then complement you on such fine hobbies :)
