The new forum layout

I had some free time and since I like darker colors (it's easier on the eyes) I've decided to tweak the layout a bit. It's not perfect but it got the job done. In case someone is interested in it I can give you the code.

Oh hell no, I can imaging after around a couple of hours scrolling that is going to really give us all migraines, Red on Black does seriously funky stuff to your eyes.

What I'm saying is for a visitor it's OK, for a long term user or moderator to be staring at it all day would cause visual disturbances like the "Venetian blind effect", similar to glimpsing a bright light and it stays with you for a while only it would be in strips and not bright blotches.

@SPS Hmm for me it is not displayed, even after hard reload. But you are right, it is still there, I have checked the source code. Sorry, my bad.
