Testing Ram

5 loops of tests 5 and 8 are usually a good idea :)

Thanks Kempez, but not sure how to run this. Basically leaving it to run for say 10 hours should do right?

Well, if you don't want to wait that long, you can always set it to only run a particular test at a time. To do this, go into configuration (press C) then choose "Test Selection" (Press 1), then do "Select Test" (Press 3) then just choose which test want to do, hit Enter, and then "Continue" (Press 0). Then it'll keep running whatever test you chose. Thus, you only need to check back on it periodically for errors and to see how many passes it has done. Repeat for whatever tests you want.

i just got round to running memtest and it wasnt good, i got about 18 errors, most of which were test 5

im using 2 x 512 OCZ quality ram at 2.5,3,3,7 only thing i can think of is it being clocked to 420mhz to keep fsb/mem at 1:1?

well, iv got it on 3338 (5:6) now and i got 2 errors, so ill try upping the voltage a bit more and if it does the trick ill tighten the timings a bit
