Team Group Memory Reselling ?

Alright guys , I was browsing through the Teamgroup forums and they seem to want to get a foothold in the US market. They seem to be like gskill , great parts but needing publicity. I contacted them wanting to become a reseller.

My question to you all is :

If i opened a reselling store on SX forums , would you guys be interested ??

The prices will be fair and shipping worldwide. I need feedback on this. These memory modules can easily rival Gskill/OCZ/Mushkin in quality.

Here is the link to the memories that I would be dealing with : http://www.teamgroup.com.tw/xtreem-main-page/xtreem.html

Here are some links to the reviews on these products done by overclockers like us :

1) BH5 PC4000 (2x512 mb kit)

2)PC 3200 BH5 1gb kit

3) PC4000 2gb kit UCCC chips

4) PC3200 Infenion Based 2gb kit

I really need you all to get back to me in this thread. More replies I get , the easier my decision will be. In the end my intentions are to make quality parts available to new/old users on this forums at a decent price without the price games that the large scale resellers play and to make sure I can provide as many options for purchase as possible. So your feedback will be highly appreciated. UK users already have their OCZ hookup. Time the US users get some nice deals and if the price is right for international users then even better.

Thanx in advance for all your replies. All suggestions are welcome. :wavey::wavey:

They look great and mean , all the best luck Bourne , if prices suits me i ll even order from here ( London ) :)

I am sorry to tell you mate, but I need not any more ram (if that made no sense, I don't need any more ram) :(

Mmm... the new DDR600 2GB (actually DDR500, but apparently OC's as bad [meaning good] as the Ballistix) kits raved about on XS... I'd take it if nice price :D

understandable Eguy but what i meant was would you buy in the future if u are upgrading ?

Meaning , im scoping the market. If there is demand then ill provide the service. If not then i wont bother with it .

He hasn't actually made the deal for reselling yet man, he's just seeing who is interested to see whether he should bother with it or not ;)

if you show interest doesnt mean that you HAVE to buy it. I would like to know that the users will have the shop in their mind whenever they go looking for a memory upgrade. I am waiting for Team Group to get back to me on the prices. I will post them as soon as I get the list myself.

well i heard the teamgroup micron based ram uses a different IC than the crucial ballistix . Its the Micron 5B-F ic which supposedly ocs better than ballistix. I would hhave to wait and see if i can get my hands on a pair of em to give you any idea of how their performance is Jim.

I would buy them - but I don't need more RAM at the moment

If/when I get phase and I need DDR600 - then I'll be onto those like a fat kid onto cake :)

As someone who needs RAM quite soon, I'd be very interested.

If it's any good it might deserve a circulation around the techie students at college... :p
